the Booking Process


We believe your photography experience should be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Below is an overview of what you can expect from the moment you book your session until the day we capture your memories.

Step 1: Book Your Session Online

Choose the photography package that best fits your needs and submit your booking request through our online scheduling system. Once your request is received, we will review your selected date and time for availability.


Step 2: Review & Sign Your Contract

After your booking request is approved, you will receive a photography agreement outlining the details of your session, including the services provided, policies, and expectations. Please review the agreement carefully and sign it electronically to move forward with your reservation.


Step 3: Secure Your Session Date

Your session date and time are officially reserved once your signed contract has been received. At this point, your appointment is held exclusively for you.


Step 4: Pay Your Retainer

A retainer payment is required no later than seven (7) days before your scheduled session. The retainer secures your reservation and allows us to prepare for your session. Please note that the retainer is non-refundable and is applied toward your total session balance.


If the retainer is not received by the due date, your appointment may be canceled and made available to other clients.

Step 5: Pay the Remaining Balance

The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of your session, prior to the start of photography services. Sessions cannot begin until the balance has been paid in full unless other arrangements have been made in writing.


Step 6: Enjoy Your Session

Once your paperwork and payments are complete, all that's left is to relax and enjoy your photography experience. We will guide you throughout the session to create beautiful, authentic images you'll treasure for years to come.
