Refunds
No refunds will be issued for completed photography services.
Editing style, artistic direction, and creative decisions are at the photographer's discretion and are part of the agreed-upon service.
Refund requests based on personal preference regarding artistic style will not be granted.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these booking and cancellation policies.
BOOKING POLICIES
Thank you for choosing me to capture your special moments. To provide the best experience for every client, please review my booking policy below.
A signed photography agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date.
Bookings are confirmed only after both the contract and online reservation have been received.
The retainer must be paid at least one week before day of session.
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate a new date based on availability.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments or an added fee for extension of time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that unexpected situations can arise.
The booking retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your date and time exclusively for you.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session may apply the retainer toward a future session if rescheduled within 90 days, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and may require a new booking and retainer to schedule another session.
If the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any payments made.
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather at no additional charge if conditions are determined to be unsafe or unsuitable.
